Bad lip sync with cutscenes seems to be present on other consoles as well. 
The only problem is the gameplay one, Sue Storm QTE (spinning the joystick), which needs to be done with another hand. 
It seems it almost can't be done with your thumb. It is similar to God of War Medusa QTE, only much harder.
