The fps goes down drastically and this seems to affect Sue's abilities. When you interact with the creature's hands to contain them, you have to rotate the left stick quickly. If you rotate too quickly, it actually loses progress. If you rotate a bit slower it progresses, but you can only get 50-75% done within the 5 seconds. I did manage to succeed a few times, but the random speed increases seem to be connected to how many enemies are on screen.
