Performance hovers mostly in the low 20's on OpenGL and Vulkan at 1x and drops to as low 10 if in the opening shootout. Game softlocked me after I finished the tutorial and the game kept loading forever.  Also collision physics seem to be broken clipping through vehicles 

Graphics:

There is an issue with floor flicker due to Depth buffer issue precision.
