compat_comments: Played through the second and part of the third level, the game is much smoother and has less problems than before.

The audio no longer seems distorted in places, and I didn't notice any other miss-placed sounds.

The graphic glitchs seem to be gone, with that two-tone error that was affecting the masks not happening this time. There was a see-through error with some level geometry melting into each other depending on how you angled the camera, but I think that is a xemu wide problem still and not specific to this game.

The gameplay has less slowdown overall, so I'm pretty sure any leftover janky-ness in the controls is just on the game and not the emulation.

I'd say this is fully playable now, possibly even a perfect if anyone wants to play through the whole game and confirm.
