This game sticks to its frame target (60fps game)

The game suffers from the same upscaling issue as other games in the series, plus it also has a shadows issue with flickering on tree shadows(#1002).

The game can also crash with no assertion when you mash start or A during Intro FMVs or after you select a Legend Tour match and mash to skip FMVs. But, overall the game is 100% playable and tested thanks to MaouYumisu1, so big thanks to him.
