compat_comments: Ok After testing a bit more of the game here's what I've found some which remain unchanged but I still find it worth mentioning
Stuttering Cutscenes causes the audio to not sync up which is tied to the fps drops.
The framerate drops to single digits. 
I was almost able to beat the game, but it crashed after I shot the locks, leading to the jaws boss fight in the level Dangerous Descent.
Driving levels and on rail levels handle well and stay with a consistent framerate. 
Co-op Mode suffers from worse performance but is playable.
Multiplayer suffers even worse fps drops out of the 3 with 4 to 1 fps dips also affected is the multiplayer pause menu.
Vulkan Worsen's performance except for driving and vehicle levels stays the same as using the OpenGL backend.
Using thermo vision Crashes the game entirely
