This game runs at mostly a stable a 60 but some areas (Capital City to anywhere) The performance can tank to 30's for second or 2. Also some frame spikes

All issues I saw occur on hardware. Didn't test upscaling.

Played through 1 mission mode and 4 days of trial by Truckin. fine other than minor performance issues.
