    compat_comments: The menus still run at a playable frame rate, however the intro stage and some other stages, as well as all the monsters in them, and all of the 6 main characters, still remain untextured. However, some stages have nearly fully textured environments. The only thing missing tends to be the skybox. The stage select screen also is mostly untextured, only showing a splintering stream of water and some ponds along the way and the text describing the levels and stats.
