The FMV intro and menu fmv’s seem fine though the emulator says they're playing as 23 fps though seems to match hardware in terms of not affecting fmv speed.

Sound:

The sounds work fine.

Performance / Gameplay:

The Game seems playable with some occasional dips in 30’s high 50 briefly during movie transitions. Turning off movies completely mitigates this issue. The performance depends on what type of transition, seem worse is when open up in middle goes outward like a curtain open seem to happen a lot on Wherever You Are by Laava. There are some slowdown in the menu due to some moive that play in background.

Graphics:

The game suffers from no graphical glitches.

Overall this should be playable with the movies turned off. 

Note: Only tested 2 songs as well as 4 player vs battle.
