compat_comments: Windows 11 latest insider build, latest AMD May preview drivers. The game runs beautifully even with 10x scaling, since it is mostly prerendered backgrounds, but the resolution scaling helps with the 3D models and their textures. Constant 60 fps in every scene. No audio skips or other issues. Graphics are perfect aside the odd vertical black line caused by the resolution upscaling, if it bothers you, you can just lower the resolution scale and the lines go away.
