    compat_comments: Game can start, and modes can be completed without crashes.
    However, since the update to support internal resolution settings, the game will run at 30 FPS (half speed) on any stage that uses reflections, even at 1x IR.
    The problem is that most of the stages use reflections, so many don't run at a smooth framerate.
    Additionally, some minor bugs also occur: On the IRON HELL stage, a spotlight texture obscures the screen making it difficult to see characters and the fight.
    Also, some transparencies are inaccurate to original hardware such as the dust effect in FOREST and PANCRATIUM, obscuring fighters as well.
    Lastly, there's a small slow-down whenever a fighter is knocked into an electrified fence.
