    compat_comments: The game frame rate varies during cutscene runs at full speed but can drop to 20 fps
    depending on what rendering(30fps cap). During the horse races, it tends to run at 
    full speed with no noticeable dips. The only problem I encountered was shadows 
    rendering incorrectly in horse races. The menu works as intended. The only main 
    issue that affects gameplay heavily was the fps in the sim/free-roaming portion of
    the game, which causes heavy frame dips to the mid-teens depending on the area.
    This only occurs at shibusawa stables, but haven't tested all locations because I 
    have no advanced far enough in the game. Other bugs include, dynamic shadows
    were not rendering on the main character, the horse inspection screen, and the
    destination select screen backgrounds were a solid color and not semi-transparent
    like hw. Also The game Freezes after one of the first cutscenes.
