Several graphical issues like: - the blood damage textures will always be on npc's no matter what - after picking up painkillers, some shades of yellow will be stuck on the player - some black shadows follow around the player and all npc's on t he ground Some sound effects like doors opening and footsteps sound as if they're at a lower bitrate Music is a lot quieter than the sound effects. The intro video loses audio and freezes after a while, but can be skipped.
