    If resolution scaling is on, metal arms will refuse to boot. Upon disabling scaling, game immediately plays fmvs. 
    Minor graphics issues:
    water usually does not load diffuse/reflection texture, renders pitch black
    shadows have no transparency, and shadow fade happens at incorrect scale (last too long)
    models occasionally go full bright near per-pixel lights
    Game otherwise plays correctly and at expected speeds from 20-60 fps
