compat_comments: Demo Selct Menu renders properly and can select either MechAssault2 or OutRun2 demos.

Selecting MechAssault2 crashes XEMU. Seprately would rate it Broken.
Selecting OutRun2 allows you to start a race. Separately would rate it Starts.

In OutRun2 demo, the boot logos are rendered in what looks like 4x the window size. This issue is resolved when it finally gets to the main menu and input is provided. Player cannot see their car or the road, only the skybox and some HUD UI. Game seems to hard lock and require a reset once the player eventually fails.
